The websites www.escape-gift.com and game.escape-gift.com are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event of a server malfunction, ALPIUM undertakes to restore access to the website as quickly as possible, provided that its host OVH maintains its services. ALPIUM cannot be held liable for malfunctions caused by a failure of OVH’s services.

Intellectual property

ALPIUM is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to both the structure and the content of the website www.escape-gift.com.

ALPIUM is the sole owner of the following elements on the website game.escape-gift.com, which are protected by French and international laws and regulations relating in particular to intellectual property:

The Site and its content, including without limitation all texts, data or information, files, animated or still images, photographs, names, videos, logos, drawings, designs, software, trademarks, visual identity, graphic charter, databases, structure of the Site and all other intellectual property elements, hereinafter the “Elements”.

Consequently, none of the treasure hunts may, in whole or in part, be reproduced, copied, duplicated, sold, resold, transmitted, published, communicated, distributed, broadcast, rented, represented or reused for a purpose other than the one for which it was approved by the User (member of the game.escape-gift.com website), whether free of charge or for a fee, by a User or by a third party, by any means and/or on any medium, whether known or unknown to date, without the prior, express, unequivocal and written authorization of ALPIUM on a case-by-case basis, and the User is solely responsible for any unauthorized use and/or exploitation. Any representation, reproduction, adaptation or partial or total exploitation of treasure hunts by any process whatsoever, without the prior, express, unequivocal and written authorization of ALPIUM, may constitute an infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Access to the Site does not constitute recognition of any right and, in general, does not confer any intellectual property right over any of the Elements, which remain the exclusive property of ALPIUM.

Any infringer will be prosecuted by the Company before the competent courts.
